  <p>Welcome to the MSP Program for the State of Ohio.  As a Managed Service Provider, InGenesis manages the non-IT contingent worker (temporary staffing) program.  The program is managed through Fieldglass, a Vendor Management System (VMS), which enables all contingent worker-related transactions to occur online.</p>
