Point of Contact and Communication
Suppliers must designate a key officer or manager to serve as the primary point of contact to address all matters that cannot be handled by your day-to-day managers. This designation should be delivered in writing to InGenesis prior to using the contract administration methodology designated in your contract. If you replace the officer or manager, you should notify InGenesis of the change in a timely manner.
